Rancho Carrillo Mutual Water Company (RCMWC) is responsible for the operation of the community water system, including wells, distribution network (pipes) and storage tanks.
The board of directors meet monthly (3rd Tuesday of each month) at the rec center, and welcome homeowner attendance.
