Hello Neighbors,
 
This is Melissa K.  from Lot #4.  I wanted to let you all know that a new hay service is going to be available to Rancho Carrillo residents very soon.  Please let me know ASAP (We would like to get service started by March 1st for everyone) if this is something that interests you, as well as how much you will need each week/month. 
 
The prices are as follows for alfalfa: TAX INCLUED!!!!
           Picked up at Lot #4:         $15 / bale
           Delivered and Stacked at your lot:      $17 / bale
 
These are standard 90-100lb bales of high quality alfalfa (no junk).
 
If you are interested in other types of hay and pricing, please let me know as well. 
 
The sooner I hear back from everyone, the sooner we can get started.
 
If you are not interested, I would appreciate it if you would let me know and the reason why so that we don’t waste anyone’s time.
