Association Overview
Start here to learn about the organization of our community association.
The Rancho Carrillo Community Association is governed by a board of directors. Volunteers are elected from the association membership at the annual meeting in September. There are five members on the board.
Board meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the third Monday evening of each month and residents are invited to attend.
Our board is responsible for the overall management of the
community, including the maintenance of the Ortega gate, the access
road, the interior roads and the recreation area.
Billing of Association fees is handled by CMC Association Management.
